We Continue to Provide Legal Services Despite COVID-19

Law Office

Dear Clients and Friends,

Sacramento County issued an order on March 17, 2020 that all residents are to “shelter in place” with the exception of “essential activities” such as grocery shopping, health care appointments, etc. Bez Law Firm, P.C. recognizes that this order does not stop family law cases from proceeding and may raise issues unique to custody and visitation of minor children. We at Bez Law Firm, P.C. remain available and committed to providing legal services to our clients during this uncertain time.

We have made the decision to have only one staff member in the office at a time. The rest of the staff members will be working remotely to handle your cases as quickly as possible despite this pandemic. We expect little to no disruption of work flow based on this decision but please be mindful that your ability to reach us or our response time may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as business closures, government mandates, personal health precautions or care and concern for loved ones.

Our telephone hours remain 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Fridays. Office hours are temporarily suspended. All in person-office appointments, even to drop off documents, must be made in advance.

We are currently closely monitoring court closures and working with court staff to ensure all currently scheduled hearings are either moving forward or being continued. The current court orders only affect cases on calendar through April 16, 2020. This might change as the scope of Covid-19 changes. Rest assured, we will let you know as we know if your case has been impacted.

Stay safe and well.

The Staff at Bez Law Firm, P.C.
